First off, who doesn’t like wings? I mean, some people might not, but we love them to an extent that no one can imagine. It’s not always affordable to go out and eat and it is a lot easier to just make them at home for the taste you’d prefer. With football season upon us, we have to enjoy some great tasting wings with a few beers.
Wings aren’t hard to make but we happen to have a preference. We enjoy spice, crisp outside and a blast of flavor from the inside. I love making my chicken a certain way that allows the flavor in the inside meat, baking wings so they can crisp then broiling them and adding the right amount of spice was needed. So I decided that I’d make us sriracha wings but wanted it to be sweet when you first tasted it.
